Q. How do I receive my discount when dining?

A. The restaurant should already be aware of the discount information. Once you are finished with your meal, the restaurant will discount the correct percentage from the check before presenting the check to you. If the restaurant forgets to discount the check before presenting the bill, then please ask for the discount. The restaurant should immediately correct the check to show the correct discount percentage.

Q. What happens if I arrive and my reserved table is not ready?

A. Remember, DinnerBroker.com is helping you gain access to the best restaurants, and our goal is to help you to enjoy a great dining experience. Please allow a fifteen-minute window for the reservation, but if your table is not ready within that window, then please follow the instructions listed below. There should never be a problem for a "Off-Peak" Discount reservation because it will be during non-peak hours and plenty of tables should be available. If you arrive for a Standard Reservation and your table is not ready within the fifteen-minute window please notify us and we will credit your DB Points Account 100 points.

"Cite is a fantastic restaurant in a city of fantastic restaurants. The steaks were the best we've ever had and the staff was very generous with the wine. The wait staff treated us like celebrities; catering to our every need. I'll definitely go back. I'll also use your service again. It was the most no hassle part of the entire trip. Thanks!" Irene B.-New York City
