Discount Reservations
DinnerBroker's Discount Reservations are guaranteed. When you arrive at the restaurant, the restaurant will have already been notified of your reservation and the amount of the discount that you should receive. If for some reason you do not receive your discount at the restaurant, just call us at 1-888-iEATat8 (1-888-432-8288) or e-mail us at support@dinnerbroker.com and we will send you a check for the discount amount. If you make a Discount Reservation and the restaurant for any reason fails to acknowledge your reservation or seat you within 15 minutes of the reservation time, we will credit your user account with 100 DinnerBroker Points to be used at a future date.

"Standard" Reservations
DinnerBroker "Standard" Reservations are guaranteed. If you make a Standard Reservation and there is any problem with the reservation, we will credit your user account with 100 DinnerBroker Points that can be used to purchase Gift Certificates. This guarantee applies to every aspect of your dining experience - even if it takes too long to be seated or if you do not like the service!

Gift Certificates
If the restaurant fails to honor your valid gift certificate, DinnerBroker will refund the purchase price (not the face value). Before purchasing a gift certificate, please note any restrictions that may limit the validity including our terms and conditions.
