Ben Dehan
Founder and CEO
Ben has extensive operating experience with high-tech, start-up companies. He
was on the founding team of Redwood MicroSystems, a developer of Micro-Electro-
Mechanical Systems (MEMS), where he served as the Vice President of Business
Development. He also ran business development for Maxager Technology, a
developer of profit-maximization software for Fortune 500 manufacturers. Prior
to moving to Silicon Valley, he was a consultant at Bain & Company in Boston.
Ben holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth. The Dehan
family operated Dehan's Restaurant in Shreveport, Louisiana for over 60 years.
Doug Collister
Executive Vice President, Restaurants
Formerly COO of the Blue Chalk Restaurant Corp, Doug was responsible for overseeing the operations of the company's eight restaurants, a staff of 550 employees and an annual sales run-rate of $18 million. He has also held several management positions with The Kimpton Group, a premier Bay Area restaurant management company and worked for J. Walter Thompson, a national advertising and marketing firm. Doug holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth.
Michael de Anda
CFO and VP of Business Development
Michael served previously as a Managing Partner at Eureka Capital, where he participated in early investments for a variety of related internet companies including Ecoupons and NetHandicap. He has over ten years of experience in the private and public equity markets. Michael is on the Board of Director of Brand Fidelity, Inc and Desert Fire Protection, Inc. Michael is a CPA and holds a MBA from Stanford and a BS in Accounting from DePaul.
