Private Label Web Site
Upon acceptance of your application, DinnerBroker will create a unique private label site for your company with your logo, colors, navigation, and corporate style standards.

Program Options
Select which reservation programs you want to offer your user base - Discounts (with Special Offers and Gift Certificates), Standard Reservations, "Prime-Time" Reservations or any combination.

Domain Name
Customized domain name handling is available upon request for distributed partnerships (Ex. visadiningprivileges.com). All emails going out to users will be branded to match your chosen domain unless otherwise specified.

Data Feeds for Deep Linking
DinnerBroker offers feeds for partners of our restaurants with ratings, prices and experiences as well as inventory. Feeds are available as XML feeds or tab-delimited files.

Reporting
Every month you'll receive a detailed report from DinnerBroker showing your sessions, page views, and transactions so you can track your returns and usage. If you would like customized reporting with more information, please contact to see what kinds of information is available.

If a customer makes a "Prime-Time" Reservation and there is any problem with the reservation, we will refund the Service Fee and credit an amount equal to the fee in DinnerBroker points that can be used to purchase a future "Prime-Time" Reservation free of charge. This guarantee applies to every aspect of the dining experience. If a customer books a reservation and the restaurant fails to acknowledge the reservation or seat the customer within 15 minutes of the reservation time, we will give the customer 50 DinnerBroker points to be used at a future date.
