| The Experience: |
After years of successfully operating New York's most acclaimed Indian Restaurant, Dawat, Sushil Malhotra decided that it was time to take Indian Cuisine to a new level. For years, there have been the fine dining Indian restaurants, and there have been lower scale curry shops, but never has someone created something in between. Seeing this niche, Mr. Malhotra joined hands with Rajesh Bhardwaj to create the vibrant and contemporary Indian Bistro - Cafe Spice. |

"We ate at Tizi Melloul in Chicago. It was a wonderful evening. The food was excellent, and we are rather particular, so I do not say that lightly. The service was perfect, and they paid attention to getting us done in time for our evening plans. The chef even came out and chatted when she learned one of our party is an amateur chef. We will certainly return there! We got our Dinner Broker discount with no hassle whatsoever. " Annette R.-Chicago, IL
