"I found the reservation system very comforting as I had to make a reservation early in the day before Zinc Bistrot was open. I felt more confindent making this online vs. leaving a message on the restaurant answering machine. I also found the discount on off-peak times very useful, saving 25% off my bill even though I booked the same day as my reservation.
I appreciated being able to leave a comment on the reservation about it being my wife's birthday. The chef and wait staff were prepared and wrote out "happy birthday" in french on our dessert plate complete with a candle. Saving money and the special touches made
