Chef Todd English brings his acclaimed Olives restaurant to Aspen from Boston. He's transformed a bland 16th Street office space into a three-story dining room that's a daydream of Tuscany. It has drawn national and international applause for English's interpretive rustic Mediterranean cuisine. Chef English has created a menu for Olives that captures a combination of favorites from Olives and Figs in Boston. The menu includes such specialties as "Olives Tart" , prosciutto and fig tart, butternut squash tortellini pasta and "Olivacious" Paella. The foundation of Chef English's style of cuisine has its roots in the Mediterranean, yet is presented with a more modern twist. |
