Anzu offers the freshest sushi, prepared under the direction of our Master Sushi Chef, complemented by prime beef so tender you can cut it with a fork, flown in daily from Chicago. There is a selection of other entrees, along with decadent desserts.

Mark Pettyjohn, Executive Sous Chef at Restaurant Anzu in the beautiful Hotel Nikko, has created a truly unique San Francisco dining experience. Chef Pettyjohn's bold Pacific Rim flavors combined with Anzu's romantic decor set the stage for a perfect evening out, whether you are in the mood for a pre-theater diner or sake martinis in the comfortable lounge.
Anzu is best known for serving the prime of land and sea featuring prime-aged cuts of Allen Brothers Beef from Chicago and the finest skillfully prepared sushi. Chef Pettyjohn incorporates the best of locally grown produce, Sonoma Lamb and Foie Gras with elements of Asian style and grace to create an exciting taste experience.
