Special Aperitivos include Mejillones en Salsa Caribe con Vino Blanco - Mussels marinated with fresh lemon juice and olive oil, and sauteed with garlic, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and white wine. Or Dominican Bombas de Camarones - Fried Dominican Bombas with potato, chipotle peppers, cilantro, and shrimp served with mango relish. Make sure to try one of these Main Plates: Plantain Crusted Halibut - Marinated halibut encrusted with crushed plantain chips and served atop mashed sweet potatoes with a mild jalapeqo sauce - a Cuban specialty. Or the Roasted Quail - Marinated quail with ginger, garlic, and orange juice. This Mexican specialty is roasted and with a chipotle glaze and served with boniato gratin (Cuban sweet potatoes that are mashed and then baked).
