Since 1978, La Petite Maison has charmed its dinner guests with some of the best contemporary cuisine in Colorado Springs. Owner and Chef, Henri Chaperont, oversees every detail of the food served and makes it the reason you'll come back again and again. All of the dishes are prepared to order using carefully chosen fresh ingredients and herbs from their own gardens.
The menu features savory flavors and tastes from a variety of cuisines and cultures, and includes meat, fresh fish, lamb, pork, duck and pasta dishes prepared in the traditions of the classics with a contemporary flair.
On any given night, desserts may include Creme Brulee au Cardemon, Tarte Tatin with Creme Fraiche, Chocolate Pate with Lavender Creme Anglaise, Souffle (Grand Marnier, Chocolate, Berries) and housemade ice cream and sorbets. |
