- Do Discount Reservations cost anything?
NO! Discounts are a FREE service from DinnerBroker. We and our restaurants reward you for dining during
Off-Peak hours. By dining at a time that is less busy, you are helping the restaurant serve more customers.

How big are the discounts and what items are covered?
Discounts range from 10% to 30% depending on the restaurant, date and time. Discounts are deducted from your check pre-tax and pre-tip. Discounts cover all food and beverage unless noted otherwise (a few states don't allow alcohol discounts).

How do I get a Discount Reservation?
You must make a Discount Reservation via DinnerBroker (not available by calling the restaurant). Search online to
find the restaurant, date, time and party size you want. Then enter your name, phone and email. Your reservation is confirmed online
and we also send you an email confirmation. The discount is deducted from your check at the restaurant.

What happens when I get to the restaurant?
Just give your name to the host/hostess. Your table will be waiting. You do NOT need to call to confirm your reservation. You do NOT
need to bring your confirmation or show any coupons. Your discount will be deducted from your check.

What happens if the restaurant doesn't honor the discount?
We guarantee the discount. If for some reason the discount is not given, you can request it from your waiter and if you are still not
given your discount, contact support@dinnerbroker.com and we will send you a check for the discount amount.

How do I cancel?
Cancellations are accepted at any time prior to the reservation time. To cancel a reservation, simply call the customer support hotline at 1-888-iEATat8 (888.432.8288). Registered users may also cancel reservations by going to the My Transactions page of the My Account section and clicking CANCEL by the appropriate reservation. While there is NO PENALTY for cancellation of a discount, we ask that you notify DinnerBroker as a matter of courtesy.

What is the No-Show policy?
If the customer fails to arrive at the restaurant within fifteen minutes of the reservation time they will be considered a "No-Show". The restaurant will not honor the discount and may not be able to honor the reservation. DinnerBroker restaurants offer discounts to DinnerBroker members for specific "off-peak" time slots. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time.
