As of May 11, 2004 registered users will now earn 100 DB Points every time you make a reservation at one of our restaurants or for referring a friend who makes a reservation!
- What are DB Points?
DinnerBroker Points are much like other points systems - use our service and earn points for later use on DinnerBroker's website.
-
How do I earn DB Points?
Users earn 200 DB Points when they register as of March 21, 2005.
You can earn 100 DB Points every time you make a reservation! If you are logged in when making a reservation, 100 DB Points will automatically be
credited to your account after we have verified with the restaurant that you showed up for your reservation - approximately 1 day
after your reservation date.
100 DB Points can also be earned for every friend you refer through our Tell a Friend program. The individuals you refer need to make
(and go to) a reservation through DinnerBroker for you to get the points.
- What can I purchase with my DB Points?
You can use your DB Points to purchase a Gift Certificate on our website.
-
How can I find out how many points I have earned?
Simply click here and log in. You will see how many points you have earned and used.
-
How much is the points to dollar ratio for DB Points?
100 DB Points equals a dollar. Therefore, to purchase a $40 Gift Certificate, you would need 4000 DB Points.
-
What if I see a problem with my DB Points total?
Email support@dinnerbroker.com with your username (email) and why you think there is a problem.
Our customer support representatives will help you and, if necessary, credit your account with any missing points.
-
Do my DB Points expire?
Yes. DB Points are valid for a period of 2 years after they are earned. Points older than 2 years will be automatically deducted
from your account.
-
I referred a friend and they have made a reservation, why don't I see my referral points?
To get credit for your friend's reservation, your friend needs to have been logged in at the time of their booking. If they were logged in, you should see your
points 30 days after the date of their reservation.
