- What is a Standard Reservation?
DinnerBroker offers available tables online to customers 24/7. This service is provided as a convenient alternative to calling the restaurant during business hours.
- How do I make a Standard Reservation?
Use the search function to find the restaurant, date, time and party size you want. When you find the table you desire,
click on the icon or the "Book Now" icon. The system will ask you to enter your name, phone and email. We give the name and phone number to the restaurant, and we send you an email confirmation.
- What happens when I get to the restaurant?
Just give your name to the host/hostess. Your table will be waiting. You do NOT need to call to confirm your reservation.
You do NOT need to bring your confirmation number.

What happens if there is a problem with my reservation?
DinnerBroker guarantees our reservations. If you make an online Reservation and there is any problem
with the reservation, we will credit you DinnerBroker account 100 DinnerBroker points that can be used to purchase Gift Certificates.

How do I cancel?
Cancellations are accepted at any time prior to the reservation time. To cancel a reservation, simply call the customer support hotline at 1-888-iEATat8 (888.432.8288). Registered users may also cancel reservations by going to the My Transactions page of the My Account section and clicking CANCEL by the appropriate reservation. While there is NO PENALTY for cancellation of a reservation, we ask that you notify DinnerBroker as a matter of courtesy.

What is the No-Show policy?
If the customer fails to arrive at the restaurant within fifteen minutes of the reservation time they will be considered a "No-Show". The restaurant may not be able to honor the reservation. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time.
