Unfortunatley, there has been a lot of turnover of managers, waiters and chefs the last few months, and I find mysl... Read moreef avoiding this location in favor of Santa Monica or South Bay. We are now waiting an unnecessary amount of time in a very small lobby, despite the restaurant being 1/2 full. Waiters go thru the motions, but no longer guide you on selections, and are ignorant on the wine selections. The food is definitely weak in comparison to the other branches, and even local eateries such as Bistango and Prego have now overtaken the weaker chefs at this branch. We have spoken to some of the remaining staff who acknowldge morale and high turnover have hurt the overall performance of the hospitality. "Cite is a fantastic restaurant in a city of fantastic restaurants. The steaks were the best we've ever had and the staff was very generous with the wine.
