1550 Hyde features a menu that will change to reflect what is seasonal and fresh. Starters might include heirloom organic farms lettuces with banyuls vinaigrette; little gem lettuce with Roaring Forties blue and toasted walnuts; and Monterey artichoke steamed in court bouillon with butter and aioli. Main plates might include Hoffman farms chicken "under a brick" with semini and stinging nettles; local king salmon with grilled asparagus, saffron rice and aioli; Niman Ranch pork milanese with bloomsdale spinach and lemon; and short ribs braised in sangiovese with potato puree and caramelized vegetables. The wine list is incredible well priced with a great variety of unique wines.
