In a charming, family-run restaurant, Chef Roland Passot serves generous portions of astoundingly good food. You simply can't err when you order from Passot's exuberant but disciplined menu. It changes often, but memorable starters have included wonderful foie-gras plates and unforgettable lobster salad with spicy mango vinaigrette. Recent main courses included tournedos of roasted salmon served with a puree of sweet onions and Pinot Noir sauce.
