For the discerning dinner to the casual passerby, Pinot Brasserie's sights and aromas transport you to another time and place. Gleaming brass, deep red banquets, and vintage accessories throughout impart comfort and an authentic Parisian ambience, which makes dining at Pinot Brasserie an experience to satisfy all the senses.
All the antiques and artifacts in the Brasserie were handpicked in France from antique shops and flea markets in and around Paris and Provence by Joachim Splichal with the collaboration of designer Cheryl Brantner. Imported are such rarities as an antique pine French facade from a hotel in Lyon, a lamp post, six vintage copper and brass chandeliers, and the Coq d'Or, the weathered-cast-iron rooster which stands at the front entrance.
The menu presents the essence of bistro fare with a California sensibility. It begins with the freshest oysters and "jewels of the sea," and continues with salads, fish, pastas, steak, and classic bistro dishes such as "Cote de Boeuf"-a grilled beef chop, and Rotisserie Chicken. Perfect for the epicurean diner who may want to sample a little bit of everything, a hearty lunch, an afternoon espresso, and of course, a fabulous dinner.
Pinot Brasserie is available for private parties and special events. For information, call 702-414-8881.
