It was absolutely wonderful! We were there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and the waiter was totally awesome! He was polite, helpful, and had such a jovial aura! From the moment we arrived, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They knew our names and that it was a special night. It was a lovely evening and one that we will want to enjoy again. |

We arrived about 5 minutes late and were told our table was not ready with no indication of how long the wait would be. Ordered a drink at the bar that took longer than the restaurant did to get our table ready. 1/2 of the party was seated while th... Read moree remainder waited for the drinks. The hostess offered to carry two of the drinks, completely spilling one of them on the table once we were seated. It was replaced immediately and the mess covered with a napkin. As always, the food was incredible. Hot, flavorful and worth the wait. I had indicated that we were celebrating a birthday on my reservation request, even identified the celebrant by name at the hostess stand and no mention was ever made through our entire dining process. That downtrodden theme so service was prevalent throughout our entire evening as two items we ordered had been 86'd for the evening and we were never told until our orders were delivered; at which time we made alternate choices and waited on them to be prepared. Lastly, as we enjoyed our cappuccinos we were politely asked if we had valet parked the car and were offered to have it brought around for us; a hint our evening at Fleming's was to end. Overall a very good experience; an increased level of attention to detail would make the rating go from good to great.
