Do Off-Peak Discounts cost anything?
NO! Off-Peak Discounts are a FREE service from DinnerBroker. DinnerBroker and our partner restaurants reward you for dining during Off-Peak hours. By dining at a time that is less busy, you are helping the restaurant serve more customers.

When is Off-Peak?
Off-Peak times vary by day, time and restaurant. For most restaurants, Off-Peak is earlier in the evening on Sunday through Wednesday. However, some restaurants are less busy during the weekend and later at night. For example, these restaurants may be downtown or in the theater district.

How big are Off-Peak Discounts and what items are covered?
Discounts range from 10% to 30% depending on the restaurant, date and time. Discounts are deducted from your check pre-tax and pre-tip. Discounts cover all food and beverage unless noted otherwise (a few states don't allow alcohol discounts).

How do I get an Off-Peak Discount?
You must make an Off-Peak Discount reservation via DinnerBroker (not available by calling the restaurant). Search online to find the restaurant, date, time and party size you want. Then enter your name, phone and email. Your reservation is confirmed online and we also send you an email confirmation. The discount is deducted from your check.

What happens when I get to the restaurant?
Just give your name to the host/hostess. Your table will be waiting. You do NOT need to call to confirm your reservation. You do NOT need to bring your confirmation or show any coupons. Your discount will be deducted from your check.

What happens if the restaurant doesn't honor the discount?
DinnerBroker guarantees the discount. If for some reason the discount is not given, you can either tell your waiter or contact support@dinnerBroker and we will send you a check for the discount amount.

How do I cancel?
Call DinnerBroker at 1-888-432-8288. Do NOT call the restaurant (The restaurant will not have your name until a few hours before the reservation time). There is NO charge for canceling an Off-Peak Discount Reservation.

What is the No-Show policy?
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, the restaurant will consider you a No-Show. In this case, the restaurant does not have to honor the reservation or the discount amount (it is the restaurant's choice).
