DinnerBroker makes buying and selling Gift Certificates easy. We market the Gift Certificates for you on DinnerBroker, and on our partner
sites like eBay, Visa, CitySearch, and Hotwire. Your restaurant gains additional revenue and marketing exposure without any additional hassles.
By offering gift certificates at discount, you can sell more Gift Certificates and encourage first time diners.
Remember, diners will typically spend more than the face value of the certificate. If the average table spends $150, and you've sold a $50 Gift
Certificate for $40, then you have earned an incremental $140 in revenue, and are effectively giving only $10 off on a $150 spend.
How It Works:
- Diners purchase Gift Certificates through DinnerBroker or one of our partner sites
- Diners print the Certificate with its unique barcode identifier and redeem at their leisure
- DinnerBroker notifies you via fax when a Gift Certificate is sold in order to prevent fraud
- You fax redeemed certificates to DinnerBroker for fraud tracking and accounting purposes
- DinnerBroker pays you monthly for any redeemed Gift Certificates
- For every Gift Certificate sold, you pay DinnerBroker $5 (This covers our cost of credit card interchange and gift certificate administration including customer service and fraud monitoring)
