I also found the discount on off-peak times very useful, saving 25% off my bill even though I booked the same day as my reservation. I appreciated being able to leave a comment on the reservation about it being my wife's birthday. The chef and wait staff were prepared and wrote out "happy birthday" in french on our dessert plate complete with a candle. Saving money and the special touches made me look really good even though it only took one minute to do online!

I didn't really know what to expect when I signed up for DinnerBroker but it looked like a great opportunity to try some new places. As a traveling salesman that doesn't get to spend too much time in one place, I thought it might be helpful to find some "out of the way places" that you normally only know about if you are local. I used it for the first time in Atlanta last week when I took another associate and our manager out to La Grotta for dinner.
